CSL: Apartment’s for Homeless
For this week’s CSL class I went to The Los Angeles times and found an article about a bunch of apartments opening in LA for the homeless. I think that this is a really good idea because it shelters the homeless and people who are mentally ill for free. In the apartment, it has a warm bed, a small kitchen and access to an emergency kit. When the Los Angeles Times went to interview a guest, she expressed her feelings interestingly- by doing a rap. I think that more places like the apartments should open up so that many homeless could be housed and take care of their children without having to pay.
