A little history of the world covers an enormous amount of history, from the Greeks and the Romans to world war two, in a way that is very easy to understand. At the very beginning, he explains about the Greeks and Romans. Then, he moves on to The Middle Ages and after, too The Civil War, up to when he was young. Every part of the book is written simply and with many comparisons and side notes. He gives his honest opinion, and speaks to the reader in a direct, calm way. I would give the book four out of five stars, and would strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoys history.
