Touching Spirit Bear Hw #2

1. Can someone who has committed murder ever by fully trusted again?
I think that someone can be fully trusted again after committing something like that, because, unless you were seriously damaged as a child, or have gone truly crazy, a person can always change. They always will have a past behind them, and maybe that effects the way other people trust them. They could be completely trust worthy but if they have a dark past, people might not want to trust them.

2. Why might Circle Justice have worked better for the Native Americans prior to the arrival of Europeans in North America?
I think that the Circle Justice probably would have worked for the Native Americans and the English because, like Cole, they often used violence and that caused them to create a distance and a disconnection from one an other, while the Circle Justice makes people come closer together.
