Life Skills Call to Action 19

I think that sometimes I can be too hard on myself. I think that I do because when I am pressured and I don’t do something right, it can really put me down. I also am to hard on myself when I am tired but I have to finish homework or a project but I really just need to go to sleep. When I am to hard on myself, it makes me stressed and when I’m stressed I can’t focus on one thing at a time. Putting pressure on yourself is a bad thing. It can make you nervous and that never really helps, especially when it’s before a test, which happens often with me. Whenever I’m stressed, I like to think of positive things that can help me get better at what I need to do. That helps a lot.
